We have always sought to create wines that are a break from conventionality. Wines born from finding inspiration in unlikely places. This departure from the norm has led us down winemaking paths that follow the same philosophies we live our life by. Maintain an adventurous spirit, seek knowledge from every experience, and be honest with yourself and your mission. What you find here are our best efforts. Aaron began in 2002, inspired by a desire to produce powerful, age-worthy wines from the rugged hillsides of westside Paso Robles. Seeking to create wines that veered from the norm, we chose to focus our efforts around a variety we adored, yet had no international benchmark — Petite Sirah.
